2021 P&L

Here is the P&L for 2021.

A few notes:

• The negative items on Expenses means we were reimbursed for those expenses (i.e. we got $900 reimbursed for the attorney from Alliance).
• I have attached the detail for the Landscaping costs.
• The Postage and Delivery line includes the $150 for the mailbox rental.
• Utilities is 100% City of Tallahassee.
• There is quite a bit of finance charge income from collections.
